701 WHITAKER ST

701 Whitaker St, also known as the Chestnut House was built in 1897. This project is one of Alchemy Restoration's finest projects, making it one of Savannah's most appealing homes.

This project is by far the most rewarding project to date. It was a near perfect relationship between the client, designers, and all contractors involved. It was a full restoration of a beautiful historic Savannah home paying respect to all the original elements and details, even including wallpaper. It was an absolute pleasure from start to finish.

321 WASHINGTON AVE

At 321 Washington Ave. we worked with the client, architect and designer to fully restore and update the exiting kitchen. Additionally, we built a 1200 foot, two story addition to the home. The addition included a new master suite, butlers pantry, powder room and a living room. All the new spaces were beautifully decorated with the finest custom finishes.

11 EAST JONES CARRIAGE HOUSE

At 11 E Jones, our team completely restored the carriage house. We exposed the original brick walls and heart pine beams and remodeled an existing bath room, adding custom cabinetry and beautiful new tile. We also added a number of new design elements, reusing salvaged materials from the original building.

410 EAST VICTORY DR +CARRIAGE HOUSE

This project started out with a gorgeous chef’s kitchen remodel and then spilled into a full carriage house restoration. The carriage house was in terrible shape when we started and was transformed into beautiful new space with a modern updated kitchen and bathroom along with a vintage Victorian look. The clients tastes and respect for their home made for a perfect combination for this project

610 EAST VICTORY DR

This was our second adventure with these clients. We gave the entire house, inside and out a full over haul, but the biggest transformation was the kitchen remodel. We reconfigured the back of the house to fit a new powder room, mudroom/butler’s pantry and luxury kitchen. The client worked with a cabinet design house in Italy to create a custom kitchen with a modern Italian feel.
